How to log in to PU Prime

  1. Go to the PU Prime website and open the client area / Secure Client Portal login
  2. Enter the email address and password used at registration
  3. Complete any two-factor authentication (2FA) prompt if enabled
  4. Use the separate MT4 or MT5 account number and password to connect the trading platform

Security & password reset

The client-portal login is separate from the MT4/MT5 trading password. A forgotten password can be reset by email from the login page; PU Prime supports two-factor authentication for added account security.
