PU Prime Login & Client Area
Traders sign in to the PU Prime client area (secure portal) with the email and password set at registration, then use their MT4/MT5 account number and password to log into the trading terminal.

- Go to the PU Prime website and open the client area / Secure Client Portal login
- Enter the email address and password used at registration
- Complete any two-factor authentication (2FA) prompt if enabled
- Use the separate MT4 or MT5 account number and password to connect the trading platform
Security & password reset
The client-portal login is separate from the MT4/MT5 trading password. A forgotten password can be reset by email from the login page; PU Prime supports two-factor authentication for added account security.
